This is for runners not sure they can make it to mle 7.7 by 12:30pm

Packet Pickup at Alsea Falls Recreation area 10 miles west from Alpine, OR via S.Fork RD

Day of packet pickup via drive through packet pickup on site after 8am at the Fall Creek Trail head at Alsea Falls. 

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled start.

AWARDS

Custom awards will be presented to the top 3 finishers in each category:


12- 1:30 PM


Champion awards include custom Pint glasses for age group top 3 in 2025.


Additionally, the overall winners (all age groups combined) of the 1/2 and 10K races will receive free entry to next year's event if they sign up by January 1


The 2nd and 3rd place overall finishers will receive 50% off their entry for next season.

Fun times at Alsea Falls

  • 5K split

    At 1.9 miles, the 5K split sign will be present for only 5 K runners to take a left turn

     


  • 2. Cut off Half Only Mile 7

    12:30 pm Aid Bravo mile 7 for the Half Marathon. We have only had 2% or so not make this cut-off over the years. If you want an early 9:30 start simply put yourself on the list at check in and packet pickup

  • 3. Course Markings

    Pink arrows will guide you! Orange and Red Striped Ribbons will also be placed with multiple ribbons on the side of the turns. Also, we have placed Yellow X NO Signs on warning you of. The wrong direction in some instances. 

  • 4. The Start

    Wave starts starting at 10: am with the Half, Followed by the 10K, and last but not least, the 5K

  • 5. The Finish

    Awards 3 deep starting at noon. After finishing back where you started but inside the trail, relax with a beverage and some pizza after 11:45 am. If you have to leave early, no worries, we can grab your award for you. 

  • 6. Danger

    Half Marathon Road Crossing miles 4 and 7! We schedule a Certified flag to manage this crossing. Even with this, please use your best judgment to cross safely.

Where is Alsea Falls?

10 Miles west of Alpine on S.Fork Rd. 

Search for the Alsea Falls Recreation area and give yourself extra drive time. Access also from the west via Alsea Deadwood HWY and S Fork Rd as well if coming from the Pacific.


FIELD LIMITS

250 for the Half an d 10K 

5K limited to 50 runners


Aid Station
Carry calories and water. 
We will have Single use water bottles available at the aid station to use and recycle. Please put your used bottles away after touching

Make sure you are physically fit enough to run your distance. 
Hammer Nutrition Heed will be placed in your packets as well as other calories to get you to the finish line
